Manufacture of turbocharger components
Erlson Precision Components has extensive experience in the manufacture of a wide range of Turbocharger components commonly found in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, off highway vehicles and marine vessels.
These include items such as spacer sleeves, thrust rings, thrust collars, oil flingers, thrust washers, thrust sleeves, rivets, spacer mountings, journal bearings, connecting adaptors, sleeve bearings, turbine wheel, shafts, compressor wheel and bypass covers.


We have been a part of the turbocharger industry for over 25 years, with custom machinery and processes specifically designed for the manufacture of turbochargers. We have a broad capacity to manufacture components in small or large volume and can even manufacture sample runs if required to help you guarantee your quality specifications.
Depending on your assembly, we have capacity to manufacture between 10,000 – 50,000 parts per year, per assembly.
