Manufacture of Micro Gas Turbines

Erlson Precision Components manufacture components within Micro Gas Turbines that are essential for their operation. These include the turbine wheel, thrust disc and alternator shaft.

Micro Gas Turbines are small combustion gas turbines with a power output ranging from 30kW to over 200kW.

They can be used to provide stand-by power, co-generation at wastewater treatment plants, co-digestion plants, farms and landfills. They are also used within the aerospace sector providing shaft, pneumatic, electrical or hydraulic power for use in aircraft and helicopters.

As a company, our current portfolio of expertise in the manufacture of automotive components, makes us ideally suited to successfully producing the various components found within Micro Gas Turbines.

Erlson Precision Components can deal with batches of between 500 to 20,000.
